All items are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we print/make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
Production Time: All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days before shipment.
Shipping Time: Once your item(s) is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- USA: 6 - 10 business days
- Rest of the World: 6 - 12 business days

- While over 98% of our packages arrive on schedule, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to severe weather, international customs processing, or address discrepancies.

Incorrect Address
Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses are not our responsibility. If returned, reshipping fees apply:
- $9.95 per item (USA)
- $14.95 per item (Greece)
- $12.95 per item (Rest of the world)
Multiple Addresses & PO Boxes
We only ship to one address per order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders. We accept APO/FPO and PO boxes.
VAT Taxes
We do not collect tax for overseas shipping. Customers are responsible for VAT and customs fees.
